Keeper of the Hidden Flame Cover Reveal
I’m really pleased to say the next Mon Dieu Cthulhu! novel Keeper of the Hidden Flame is complete and to show you the cover here for the very first time by the awesome Dimitri Martin. Book Four has been taken a little longer than expected, but I think it’s worth the wait.
It sees dashing hussar Gaston Dubois plunge deeper into the sinister conspiracy which underpins the Napoleonic age and fully embrace his destiny as one of the Keepers of the Hidden Flame, ancient guardians who have mankind against the malevolent powers of the mythos.
It features assassins, battles, Anadulsian Lancers, horrors and an epic boxing match . Keep an eye out for the launch this year.
The White Witchman Returns
Sometimes I plan what comes next, sometimes it simply overtakes me, but a grain of an idea has been bugging me for a while now about a classic vampire castle story. The result is a brand Seraph novel is underway. It’s grown to about 35K words, with a bit more to write, but I’m making steady progress and really enjoying this journey. More details to be come, but it’s set during World War II on the eastern front, has a Polish resistance narrator and is currently entitled Scourge of the Vampire.
New RPG Work
How is it May already? This year has seen four brand new RPG projects, three of which I can only really tease. The first is a fantastic RPG core book in a brand new but rarely visited setting which I’m really hyped about. It’s a great team to work with and there is already sensational art which is truly mind-blowing. Honestly, I can’t wait to share that one. Two others are Cthulhu-themed projects in both classic and modern eras. Can’t say more for now, sadly, but watch this space. Finally news on Mon Dieu Cthulhu! The RPG. Ground has been broken, rules written and although, it’s a little way off, I hope to have something to show later this year.
